Fresure is pleased to announce the official opening of our new extraction facility in Nanning, Guangxi Province. This RMB 120 million investment represents the largest single capacity expansion in our company's history and positions Fresure to meet the rapidly growing global demand for premium plant essential oils.

Doubled Steam Distillation Capacity

The new facility adds 85 stainless steel steam distillation units ranging from 1,000 L to 8,000 L capacity, more than doubling our total distillation throughput. The new stills incorporate computer-controlled temperature and pressure regulation, enabling precise extraction parameters tailored to individual botanical materials. This level of process control ensures the batch-to-batch consistency our B2B customers require for quality-critical applications.

New CO2 Supercritical Extraction Line

For the first time, Fresure is now able to offer CO2 supercritical extracts alongside our traditional steam-distilled oils and solvent-extracted absolutes. The new CO2 extraction line features 3 x 200 L extraction vessels capable of processing up to 500 kg of botanical material per batch, producing both CO2 select extracts (SCO2 at 80–120 bar) and CO2 total extracts (TCO2 at 200–500 bar).

CO2 extracts represent the most chemically complete form of botanical extraction available today. Without the heat degradation inherent in steam distillation, CO2 extracts preserve heat-sensitive compounds and produce aroma profiles that more closely resemble the fresh botanical material. We are initially offering CO2 extracts of frankincense, sandalwood, chamomile, calendula, and ginger, with additional botanicals planned for 2026.

Expanded Quality Control Laboratory

The new facility includes a 400 m² quality control laboratory equipped with two additional GC-FID systems, a GC-MS, and chiral GC capability for enantiomeric analysis. This expansion enables us to perform comprehensive quality testing on every production batch without bottlenecks, reducing lead times for COA generation.

Sustainability Commitment

The Nanning facility has been designed to meet Green Building standards, featuring solar-assisted steam generation, closed-loop water recycling for the condenser systems, and biomass utilization of spent botanical material. These features reduce the facility's carbon footprint by an estimated 40% compared to conventional essential oil production facilities of equivalent capacity.

We invite existing and prospective B2B partners to schedule a virtual or in-person tour of the new facility. Contact our sales team to learn more about how our expanded capabilities can support your supply chain requirements.
