1. Quality Guarantee

At Fresure, we stand behind the quality of our essential oils. Every product undergoes rigorous quality testing before shipment, and we provide full documentation including Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every order.

2. Returns

If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications outlined in your order or the accompanying COA, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed, arrange a return or replacement. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

3. Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after we have confirmed the issue and received the returned goods (if applicable). Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom formulations and OEM/private label products are non-returnable unless they do not meet the agreed specifications.
