Essential Oil

Neroli Oil

Neroli

Whitening, moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, reduces dark spots

Product Description

Neroli oil is steam-distilled from the fresh blossoms of the bitter orange tree, Citrus aurantium var. amara. Approximately 1,000 kg of hand-picked blossoms yield just 1 kg of neroli, making it one of the most labor-intensive essential oils in existence. Named after the 17th-century Italian princess Anne-Marie de la Trémoille, Countess of Nerola, who popularized its use as a personal fragrance, neroli is prized for its exquisite floral-citrus aroma with honeyed, green, and slightly spicy facets. Its primary constituents are linalool (25–45%), linalyl acetate (10–20%), limonene (10–20%), and β-pinene (10–15%), with trace nitrogenous compounds (indole, methyl anthranilate) contributing to its unique, slightly indolic-floral warmth.

Fine Perfumery

A classic ingredient in eau de cologne (alongside bergamot, lavender, and rosemary in the traditional 4711 formula) and countless floral, citrus, and chypre compositions. Its remarkable radiance and diffusion allow it to function as both a top note and a heart note, providing the luminous 'lift' characteristic of sophisticated citrus-floral fragrances.

Skincare

Used in premium facial care for all skin types, particularly mature, sensitive, and devitalized skin. Neroli is gently cytophylactic (cell-regenerating), helping to improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scarring. Its mild, non-irritating nature makes it suitable even for delicate and reactive skin. Used at 0.05–0.2% in facial oils and serums.

aromatherapy

Aromatherapy

Neroli is considered perhaps the most effective essential oil for acute anxiety and emotional shock. Its profound calming effect — without sedation — makes it invaluable for panic attacks, pre-exam nerves, and situational anxiety. Often combined with lavender and frankincense in anxiety-relief inhalers and diffusion blends.

What documentation do you provide with bulk orders?

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing the batch-specific chemical profile (GC/MS or GC-FID), physical parameters (specific gravity, refractive index, optical rotation), and organoleptic assessment. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS) is also provided. Additional documentation — including GC/MS chromatograms, pesticide residue analysis, heavy metal testing, and allergen statements — is available upon request.

What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 1 kg for most essential oils, with bulk pricing available at 5 kg, 25 kg, and 180 kg drum quantities. Contact our sales team for current pricing and availability for your required volume.
